December 18, 1995, our sweet Savanna entered the world. I recall feeling so blessed that she was healthy and perfect! We left the hosptial, 5 days later, December 23, 1995, with our new little bundle of joy in a Christmas stocking. I recall that she was the only baby in the nursery the whole time we were there so she received all kinds of attention from nurses and hospital staff.
She has grown into a beautiful, smart, well-balanced and talented young lady. She makes killer chocolate chip cookies. Actually, she can cook ANYTHING, and it is delicious. She is a top notch scholar and just all-around GOOD girl. She is focused and determined. We are so glad she is ours.
Happy Birthday to my baby girl. She is the most special Christmas gift we could ever have received.

Oh Julie, I'd forgotten we had shared a special day. My Aimee turned 33 on Sunday and yes, she was the best Christmas present we gave ourselves!
